About Wood & Treasure
Our Story
My name is Zack, and I am the founder of Wood & Treasure, a custom woodworking and refinishing business in central Connecticut. Along with my wife Betty, we decided to trade in our white collar jobs and pursue our passions full time. My love for woodcraft and history coupled with my wife's keen eye for interior decoration, allowed us to develop into a bespoke interior and furniture service for every client. We started the business out of a garage and soon started to create more and more custom projects for clients. Now we offer a wide range of services for all budgets. Our materials are selected from New England suppliers and we strive to reuse and recycle materials to limit our environmental impact.
